No returns. No refunds. No exceptions. You knew what you were summoning when you clicked purchase. Items are made custom or in extremely limited runs. If something arrives damaged or if I made a rare mistake, you have 3 days from delivery to contact me with clear photos and your order number. If deemed worthy, a replacement or store credit may be offered. Any unauthorized returns will be abandoned to the abyss.
